1. Digital Pass Delivery

All CG05 Expo passes are delivered electronically via email and/or SMS after successful payment confirmation. No physical delivery is involved.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Passes are usually sent within 5–10 minutes after payment confirmation.
• In case of delay, users are advised to check spam/junk folders or contact our support team.

3. Delivery Method

• QR-coded e-pass will be sent to your registered mobile number and email address.
• You must show this QR pass at the event entrance to gain access.

4. Failed Delivery

• If you do not receive your digital pass within 1 hour of payment, please contact our support team with your transaction ID.

5. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any physical passes or materials unless specified otherwise on the product page.
