All bookings made through our website (https://unitycg05expo.com) for CG05 Expo are final. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.

2. No Cancellation by User

Once a pass is booked and payment is made, it cannot be canceled by the user. We do not offer refunds for any personal reason including change of mind, unavailability, or travel issues.

3. Non-Refundable Payments

• All payments are non-refundable, including ticket fees, taxes, and payment gateway charges.
• We are not responsible for failed attendance due to late arrival or denial of entry due to policy violations.

4. Event Cancellation by Organizer

If CG05 Expo is postponed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, government order, etc.), the organizers may offer a refund or alternative date at their discretion.

5. Refund Method and Timeline

• If a refund is approved by the organizer, it will be processed within 7–14 working days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method with in 3 Days.
